She wanted to ask, "Does your cape keep you warm while on Permafrost? Does it get too hot if you're on another planet?"
Her cape helps insulate her naturally low body temperature, keeping her warm in cold temperatures and cool in hot temperatures. However, extreme heat and cold can be too much for her cape to be able to help with, and she runs the risk of getting sick.
