Initial assessment has proven correct, the subject has shown significant mental changes along with perceived physical differences.

similarities with initial pre-release mental state has been shown, but not enough to conclude complete reversion.

Example Data:

mental age headspace ranges from 5 (given significant mental stress/strain) to 11 (given the right circumstances and little to no mental stress/strain)

notable reactions to different sculk and soluble water related stimuli-instead of positive reactions to all examples like pre-release, subject shows negative reactions to most sculk-related stimuli (despite being compromised of sculk itself), although almost entirely fear responses, in contrast to the hypothesized aggression response.

The team has reason to believe that the number of aggression responses will grow over time along with the continual sculk mental takeover.

This may lead to increasing violent encounters with other subjects and research participants, and corporate actions to prevent such are recommend. Further testing needed.
