The Capp Manor (cc build) by pixiebibi ♡~

my version of the original capp manor in the sims 4, as seen in my new veronaville let's play!

first floor: for this floor, i decided to keep the floor plan mostly similar to the original build! so you can find the living room, the master suite, the dining room and the kitchen, plus another bathroom not shown above. an extra addition is the cellar space, complete with a lot of expensive bottles of nectar collected by the capps over the years. something i really wanted to incorporate in this build were portrait paintings as references to the capp and thebe ancestors, so you will see a lot of them on this floor! i did not include pictures of my version of the capps in this download though, as those are personal to me at the moment, but might me available in the future.

second floor: this is where i did the most changes to the original floor plan, as the sims 2 version was pretty... empty. i knew i wanted a office + study space from the beginning, and it ended up becoming my favorite room of the house! and since this is a personal build, the teen's bedrooms are pretty cluttered to show their respective personalities. this floor also includes a guest bedroom, making this build a 6-bedroom manor.

the big bling: ts3 to ts4 makeover (sim dump)

No one really knows how these former Twinbrook residents came under the same roof. From Lil Bling's persistence to Big Hartley's muscle, music mogul Tom Wordy has surrounded himself with the people he trusts most. Lil Bling wants to follow in Tom's footsteps but they are sizeable footsteps indeed. Will there be a future for Tom and Sugar Bijou or is she merely a trophy girlfriend?

sim: sugar bijou Sugar has a reputation in the celebrity scene for having been involved with some of the biggest names out there. However, for the time being her relationship with Tom seems to be lasting longer than usual. Is it just because of his recent hit record sales?

sim: big hartley Big has made a career of being friends with Tom Wordy, but he aspires to be much more than a personal bouncer. Will he make it on his own in the music industry, or will he forever live as Tom's shadow?

sim: lil bling Lil Bling knows he's got the skills to make it big in the music industry, but he owes his friendship with Tom Wordy completely to his roots back in Twinbrook. Will their bond be enough to launch Lil into the fray?

capp & associates: a cc office build by pixiebibi

even though i don't consider myself a "builder", i've decided to share one of my recent builds with you guys since it's a type of building that i always search for - and maybe someone else could make use of it too.

this is a corporate office build made originally for the capp family in my ts4 veronaville save file. besides the main office space, the build includes two stores in the ground floor and some terrace space.

you can watch me talk (extensively lol) about this build and the capp family here!

please be aware this build is very cc and pack heavy, since it's something i made primarly for personal use.

1st floor: two stores spaces + lobby area

2nd floor: reception, lecture space, shared office, seating area, kitchen and bathroom (plus the lovestruck janitor closet for messy reasons)

3rd floor: waiting area, three closed offices (one shared), meeting room, stairway leading to the terrace

terrace: just a terrace !
