Idk about y'all but I love it when people steal character names for their ocs. It gives me an insight into what inspires them

The guy with a barbarian looking druid named Conan probably likes Conan the Barbarian. And when Conan's son is named Talos I can infer he's a Skyrim fan too

The guy who's character named Ven also likes kingdom hearts!

And I look at my own ocs too and I see this pattern as well. Soren Elric, my human fighter from a very short-lived DND campaign. I was getting into FMA at the time, and I also really loved Drawtectives!

Sylvia Sablestrand was partially named after Sylvia Room of Swords. Pixil was named after the Pixls from Super Paper Mario. Hector is name I probably picked up from Omori!

I love when I can see what inspires artists. When I can pinpoint names and design traits that were inspired by something. I could go on about what inspires me
