What's the strangest dream you've ever had?
I should write down my dreams more often because I tend to have a LOT of weird ones. Last night’s was a sort of repeat dream about being trapped in a Jurassic Park-type place as the dinosaurs and cryptid-like creatures broke free. The tour group I was with was trying to find safe places to hide from them, but it was difficult and the other people weren’t making it easy, either. At one point I was hiding in an enormous tree (the top part was on my level and then it was a looong drop to the next level down where the roots were). The tree would keep me safe from the attacking pack of whatevers, but there were carnivorous monkey creatures sleeping in the branches and if I wasn’t careful I’d wake them up.
Another dream from way back was a meta thing where I was a stagehand helping to set up dreams and the zombie actors were actual zombies. You had to be careful not to distract them or they’d forget what they were doing and bite you.

I sometimes have cinematic dreams with tons of detail and plot and while they’re usually fascinating I also wake up tired. ;)
