𝙂𝙞𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙙 🍕 @berberepizzeria_ldn opens in London on 15th October! With an amazing 12 restaurants around Italy (@berberepizzeria) they have crossed the waters to open their first restaurant in Clapham Common, and it’s very nice! The spacious new restaurant in the former home of Radio Alice has a menu that will want you trying everything, from their beautiful burrata with aubergine, or their montanarina, which is fried dough balls, topped with nduja or prosciutto. Their Neapolitan style pizzas are also hard to choose from, and our choices came down to Spicy Diavola, margherita with nduja, prosciutto di Parma, and four cheese, mushroom & truffle. The pizzas were really good, having a more crispy dough than soft, which helps with eating by the slice as it stops all the toppings from falling off, but still remains some of that softer chewy dough that you see in Neapolitan pizzas. You have to try the crust dips too, especially the nduja and honey. @berberepizzeria_ldn are running a soft launch up until 15th, with 50% off food! If you’ve got time to fit it in this week whilst the offer is on then I recommend you make plans. But remember, soft launch is a time for the restaurant to get things right, so be patient.
