𝙂𝙞𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙙 🍕 The @vinegaryardldn @badboypizzasoc Christmas special is DELICIOUS. This is the Fairytale of Naples; a gravy base, garlic butter fried Brussels sprouts, a pig-in-blanket inspired crumbled sausage and pancetta topping, sage and onion stuffing, with crispy fried sage leaves and cranberry drizzle. I’ve had a gravy base pizza a few times over the years and it works perfectly. But this pizza as a whole just works so perfectly with all the ingredients. You get a contrast of flavours with the saltiness of the pancetta against the sweet cranberry, that fragranced stuffing from the sage, all on top of a meaty base.
