It has never occurred to me before that calling Hanzo “Handsoap” was racist, in the same manner as how a person with an “unusual” name bc of cultural differences may be made fun of bc of some unfortunate ignorance. I just thought it was a simple harmless quip. Dang, I need to be more careful and considerate when nicknaming people. This post and another has opened my eyes to that fact, so thanks.

Not gonna lie, she should have been the star. Full stop. The whole show should have just followed her and been 63 episodes of her being Done with everything. Then the last few episodes could mention what everyone else was doing.

Five years passed and Overwatch got recalled by a new leader, a scientist named Winston. Although the agents' skill is great, the team still has much to learn before they can save anyone. But I believe that Overwatch can save the world. *CUE THEME MUSIC*

Suggestions for the Avatar AU: Lucio boosts his speed by skating on the ice floors that he creates. Maybe he even surfs on ice! Also, Winston is from the spirit world n he wandered to the mortal world, maybe bc he was curious about it and ends up being raised by Ba Sing Se University professor Winston (it's ur AU tho you decide what you want)

yes the lucio thing was already one of my ideas, but the winston thing is a really really nice idea, i love it!!

As a fan of ATLA and LOK, it's nice to see someone doing this au! What if in this au McCree also has Deadeye, except instead of bullets, he raises several rocks and focuses for a moment ("wait and listen" n all that jazz) before propelling them, taking out multiple enemies all at once?

thank you!! and yeah, i think deadeye does exist in this au, because i’m mixing avatar lore with overwatch lore. i think mccree’s deadeye has to do with smaller pieces of rock that fly through the air faster than boulders and that he has incredible aim, so he is deadly accurate with them. and maybe hanzo’s ultimate is lightning in the form of dragons?

Perhaps it highlights each brother's point of view of the situation

like it DOES kind of seem like that’s what they were going for but it sort of doesn’t work because these are just character bios?? they’re kind of meant to be neutral
