Ooh very interesting idea! That could lead to a lot of problems for her, and I absolutely can see that tying into some insecurity issues she has. Because she's NOT the strongest dispite all the things she wants to do! Let's just say that when I get around to writing something for this AU ideas like that will be present, though not in the ways you'd expect.

JohnDaveWeek, Day Three: AU Day!

This is an AU I’m not sure if anyone’s done yet (I haven’t seen one at least) - A Camp Half Blood AU! (Percy Jackson and The Olympians/Heroes of Olympus)

John is a Son of Hermes and Dave is a son of Aphrodite!

There were honestly a lot of fun options for godly parents but I think the ones I chose suit their personalities! I could have put John as Zeus, and Dave as Ares; John for his windy powers and Dave for his combative prowess, but that didn’t feel like what I wanted to go for. I wanted to do more personally based parents instead of godly power or physical power.

John, a son of Hermes, a jack of all trades with an easygoing nature, mischievous streak, and winged shoes from his dad, which he likes the freedom of flight, movement and travel that he gets from them! He’s a bit of a troll and likes pranking the other campers as much he likes helping them. His weapon is a ridiculous but powerful Warhammer that Dirk (son of Athena?) helped him design. He’s been at camp for three years now, and has been assigned to show the newly arrived Dave around the camp!

Dave, a son of Aphrodite, cares very much for the way people see him, and has a way with words, diverting questions and convincing people of things! He’s also “not a hero”, his godly parent being not as renounced as a powerful one. (Still being raised by Bro would give him his fighting (sword) skills ‘til he reached camp!) Dave’s weapon of choice is a sweet sword Bro gave him from his mom when he left for camp.

This AU has been a lot of fun! I’ll most definitely play with it some more! I’m in the midst of writing something for it, but it won’t nearly be done in time for JohnDave Week. :( Kudos to anyone who knows what the two dorks are doing in this picture!
