Send me a 🎁 + an object for my muse’s reaction to being gifted that object.
“Howcan one even send chill. What is this chill you're trying to send. You must be a real idiot because I can't even feel the cold. Silly, disgusting, smelly girl.”
Ness was able to, at the very least, read maps. He likes to believe that he has a good sense of direction, and he can count the times he’s been lost with one hand. But seriously, how can you not get lost in place like this? Everywhere he looks, the place looks exactly the same. Not only that, but towering buildings made it impossible for him to look beyond the distance. No landmarks, no higher ground. He’s definitely circled the same plaza at least seven times. Ness was sure he was done for.
“Agh, I’m done for,” Ness groans, repeating his thoughts. “I might’ve just made myself even more lost than before...”
He sits at a nearby street bench to recover himself. He lightly grazed over the map once again. He hoped he’d get some sort enlightenment, but of course, he got none. Defeated, he plopped on the chair as he lazily adjusts his hat.
At the corner of his eye, a passer-by approaches. A girl who towered over him with bright pink locks. Just like any other passer-by, they trotted along minding their own business, carrying out their daily routine.
“... Hn?” Ness looks up at the girl once again, a double take. This mental intuition he had as the girl passed was not new to him. He felt this towards his comrades; fellow psychics. That being said, there was no doubt about it.
His head sensed that this girl was also, just like him, a psychic.
And he was almost sure that the girl could sense him too.
Possibly his favorite thing – things, really – about this city are the creatures that inhabit it. Not the humans, no, but rather the non-human ones. They weren’t pokemon, in that they didn’t seem to have the sapience of one, but they were all very curious and interesting nonetheless.
Now, there had been a few animals like the ones here back home in existence, but N had never laid eyes upon a real cat or bird or a dog, all creatures supposedly extinct or endangered. Little of them was mentioned in books (aside from the few odd references he’d seen in a Pokedex in his later years) other than as an obsolete comparison that, quite frankly, meant nothing to him without further detail or description.
Still.
What he’s come face-to-face with (after kneeling, of course) is a small, furry creature that vaguely resembles a Purrloin in size and build, but with black and white fur instead of the characteristic purple and yellow markings.
The realization that he doesn’t have a proper name for this creature is disconcerting, in the least.
<<What are you? I wish I had learned more about animals like you from the books I used to have, but your type is… gone, from the world. I wonder why?>>
Of course, he’s just sitting there on his knees, talking at a cat who cannot possibly understand.
OOC: OHHH BOY I DON’T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT MOTHER/EARTHBOUND/KUMATORA but I know she’s got PK powers and going off that alone I’m pretty sure that in the Star Wars universe she’d be force sensitive, definitely a lightsaber wielder (you can have PINK) but Sith or Jedi...because of her emotional turmoil, I’d probably say Sith. And we can go human but that’s boring, so I’m gonna say Twi’lek cause a pink Twi’lek would be so cute.
