qFit is so very clearly trying to keep himself distracted. He definitely does not want to be alone right now. He's been actively seeking out Pac whenever they're both online, hanging out with Tubbo despite knowing (paraphrasing himself here,) jackshit about Create, messaging Tina just now to see if he can just...vibe with her for a bit.

Ramón's disappearance is hitting him a lot harder than he'd care to mention, like he told Baghera just the other day. At least if he's distracted or with other people, it's easier to ignore.

Okay but q!Fit's lore is ramping up again and I am so intrigued to see where this goes. He's been cutting Tubbo's questions off more and more, drawing his lines in the sand much more strictly. He mentioned that gigantic backup plan to Philza, the one that could kill even Etoiles. He's gaining distance; not necessarily pushing himself away from people, but not actively associating with them. Placing his job (and by extension his mission) above friendships if/when necessary. He's getting antsy again; he already mentioned he's supposed to contact them at the end of the month.

So what's gonna happen then? >.>

[FUTURE REPORT] A signal coming from the lab came in, I tried to contact the team working and guarding inside but I got no response, I need to head out and check there.

The place is under good surveillance, I firmly believe it's only a malfunction of the alarm. There is no way anyone could have found it, but we can't let any doubt be, so I'll get there and come back as soon as possible.

Regarding the delivery for VITOR, I apologize but it will have to wait until I return. I need to make sure everything is fine considering the importance of what we have there.

So Fit posted a teaser about 40 minutes ago!

...crazy theory (from the insane person that brought you the Minime-Murder-Spree theory!).

...what if the person in this poster...

...is actually Fit's contact?

Hear me out.

First of all, I recognize that this is almost definitely, 100% without a doubt Cucurucho or an equally important Federation-based character. I also recognize that Fit's contact is almost 100% certainly PopBob.

HOWEVER.

Fit was one of the few (the only?) to mention that there were "bigger forces at work on the island" prior to anyone else. He told Tubbo this specifically numerous times, enough that Tubbo eventually called him out on it—ironically, around the same time that the Black Cucurucho showed his face for the first time. Around the same time that "bigger forces" started coming into play.

This person seems to see all and know all, seemingly in control of the displays—and by extension, the game. As we've seen in some of Fit's more recent cutscenes, his contact uses a hacked client, which allows them to see a lot of things "normal players" wouldn't.

The whole reason Fit got to Quesadilla Island was because of this unknown person. They gave him a train ticket.

All of this is, of course, in addition to the fact that the only thing Fit can remember about his contact's appearance is that they were all white, similar to this person.

I can't think clearly enough right now (brain full of finals knowledge) and I'm sure there's still plot holes in this but. It's something to think about.
