Potato Chips and Powdered Donuts

I was eating some plain chips when I noticed the bag said potato chips. Then all of a sudden it dawned on me that Doritos are not potato chips, right? Does a chip have to be made out of a potato to be called a potato chip? If this is the case, what are other chips made of? This also made me wonder if before I made this realization, if someone had asked me to get them some potato chips if I would have known what they were talking about, or if I would have asked, what kind? 

The fact of the matter is that as mind boggling as all that is, the answers won't matter. I'm probably going to eat them regardless. Which brings me to my next topic...

Tastykakes Powdered Donuts: Let me just start by saying I have never been a fan of powdered donuts. The only kind of little donuts I have remotely been interested in are those little 'crunchy' donuts, but I have never liked those enough to give them a second thought while walking past them in the grocery store. BUT, for some reason I have became addicted to these powdered donuts. I think it's because I seriously know I should not have them. It's sad, but I always want what I tell myself I can't have. However, when I tell myself I CAN have them, I eat the whole dang bag!

As tempted as you may be to go out and try these powdered donuts, DO NOT! Please, heed my warning. Your fat butt will not thank you. Neither will your thighs, or your 5th chin.

I just ate my last one tonight, I promise.
