“Shame on it for existing, then.”
I wanted to see how putting some old characters to the test on the tablet would work, and suffice to say, I’m pretty happy with it. These are some characters from my old comic, Planeswept, that I stopped updating around a year and a half ago due to technical issues. Then story issues. Then life getting to busy. But recently, a brother of mine stated how much he’d liked the series, and well... I’ve been thinking about it again recently. I’d need to start over though - a lot of it would remain the same, but a lot would need to change. We’ll see where it goes.
But seriously though, progress is going pretty well for my game. Not that you can tell, but I’m just happy with what I’ve already been able to do. And if you’re curious, my old comic, Planeswept, is the basis for this.
At last, at very long last, I’ve uploaded the first update for the second part of that comic that I write!

Or if you’re like me and you forget what’s going on when a comic doesn’t update for a long time, you might want to start from the beginning.
And there’s more under the “keep reading” thing.
So, I haven’t been 100% unproductive with this during that long and lame hiatus. I have some art projects that I’m planning on uploading to this site, once I get some bugs wrinkled out (yes, that’s right - art projects that I made via programming), and there are also some things on the site that I’m planning on posting pretty soon, such as enhanced navigation and some other smaller details. And by enhanced navigation, I mean an easier way to get the site into Spanish.
The two art projects are called belonging.exe and Study Helper. Study Helper is already online, but be aware that there are several bugs and issues with it that, if I can get to it, will be resolved over time. belonging.exe isn’t available yet, but will soon be. Since both are open source, I’ll also eventually provide the source code.
Additionally, I post more updates on the Bandera Mindworks Facebook page, so if you want more frequent updates about what I’m doing with this, you might want to go like the page.
And that’s it for now. Since next Friday’s Christmas, I can’t promise an update this size, but check back just in case.
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you all, and thanks for hanging in there with me!
Por fin, I am working on part two of Planeswept. Since the current semester is halfway over though, and things aren’t showing any signs of slowing down, it may still be a while before I manage to get enough panels done for a full update. Until then, enjoy this little teaser for Internal Conflict.
I've just written the first three updates to Part Two! (As everyone whispers, "Well, it's about time!") I'm still not sure when I'll begin publishing it, but rest assured, it'll be soon.
In fact, you may want to reread it to remember all that you’ve forgotten over these past few months...
