Diggin Through Some Old Stuff
I found this burried under a bunch of other stuff, and I haven’t drawn Steven Universe stuff fer a while so I finished a bit of the art. Unfortunately I don’t remember any of the intended dialogues, so I’m just gonna leave some blank and keep it visual. All I remember was I just wanted to draw @unicagem‘s Emeralds and Armethyst beating the shit outta someone.
Expecting a rotating planet but getting a giant cone when I test the latest graphics code. I wish I could maths lol.
Just a short break from the usual retro gaming fare to brag about our recent win at the 2019 GameShell Game Jam! Our retro game entry, Planet Busters, took top prize (well technically, we were in the top 2, but we ain’t second because they didn’t award a first place apparently lol.)
For anyone unaware - The GameShell is an interesting open-source hackable retro game platform, will run game emulators as well as a lot of indy game stuff. Check it out here.
And, if you are interested in trying out Planet Busters but do not have a GameShell, we have a windows and linux version as well on our itch.io page:

Game Jam gods willing, we will be publishing a demo version of our game, Planet Busters, for the Clockwork Pi Game Jam next week. Stay tuned for further news!
I can’t wait for Summer
