I don’t just have one planner/journal… I have 2. And I don’t just call it a planner… it’s more a journal planner mix! I guess you can call it a bujo but I mash everything I need into it and separate it with dividers. With my memory issues from PTSD I have to carry a notebook at all times to write myself reminders

But this big chunky spiral is mostly for goal keeping and like a diary (write down my big memory keeping days too). I still make a calendar. I still write down a weekly spread. And I put my big notes in here for language lessons when I want BIG space (This has a lovely grid)

It sucks having constant memory loss. I don’t know when stress will rise to a bad enough level that my mind will go into survival mode and try to wipe it all away.

Anyway, here is my big chunky September motivational spread! I’m really feeling birds and unicorns of late and my favorite color is teal blue. I used journaling cards, ephemera, washi, and my fave black flair mate pen.
