Chia seeds are a great source of omega 3s, omegas are great for heart health and should be included in the diet daily if possible! The top sources of omegas on a vegan diet are flax seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds and walnuts. I include one (at least a tsp) of these in my breakfasts almost every day!
