Ingredients: 2 ripe avocados. 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup almond milk. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: Peel and pit avocados, then place them in a blender or food processor. Add cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond milk, and a pinch of salt to the blender. Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid. Once frozen, remove popsicles from molds and enjoy!
