Ingredients: 2 cups shredded potatoes. 1/4 cup diced onion. 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. Cooking spray or oil for waffle iron.
Instructions: Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions. In a bowl, combine shredded potatoes, diced onion, grated cheddar cheese, all-purpose flour, salt, and black pepper. Spray the waffle iron with cooking spray or brush it with oil to prevent sticking. Place a portion of the potato mixture onto the preheated waffle iron, spreading it evenly to cover the surface. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and continue to cook until it turns golden brown with a nutty aroma. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. In a large mixing bowl, combine the browned butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar. Mix until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Ingredients: 300g extra-firm tofu, pressed and sliced. 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon maple syrup. 2 cups cauliflower rice. 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped. 2 tablespoons vegan mayo. 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: To make the marinade, mix salt, soy sauce, and maple syrup in a bowl. Put the tofu slices in the sauce and set it aside for 30 minutes. Set the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat to heat it up. Tofu slices should be grilled for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until grill marks show up. In a different bowl, mix chopped cilantro and cauliflower rice. To make Sriracha mayo, put vegan mayo and sriracha sauce in another small bowl and mix them together. Ingredients: 4 large whole wheat tortillas. 8 ounces thinly sliced turkey breast. 1 cup shredded lettuce. 1 large tomato, thinly sliced. 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. 1/4 cup tahini. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 2 tablespoons water. 1 clove garlic, minced. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put tahini, lemon juice, water, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix them all together to make the creamy tahini sauce. Spread out the whole wheat tortillas and add turkey slices on top of each one. Put tomato, cucumber, tomato slices, and chopped parsley on top of each tortilla. Add the creamy tahini sauce to each tortilla and then top it with the fillings. To make wraps, roll the tortillas up tightly and fold the sides in as you go. Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve right away, or wrap them tightly in foil and save them for later.

Place the green chilies and ginger-garlic paste in the pan and cook for two minutes. Cut up some tomatoes and add them along with salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Soak the tomatoes in water for a while. Slice the mushrooms and mix them in well. After 5 to 7 minutes, the mushrooms should be soft. Add fresh coriander leaves on top, and serve hot.

Vegetable oil, for frying. 3 tablespoons pan drippings or unsalted butter. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour. 3 cups whole milk. 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
Instructions: Place the cube steaks between 2 sheets of plastic wrap and pound them until they are about 1/4-inch thick. In a shallow dish, whisk together the whole milk and eggs. In another shallow dish, combine the flour, seasoned salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Dredge each cube steak in the flour mixture, then dip into the milk mixture, and again in the flour mixture, pressing to adhere. Heat about 1/4 inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it reaches 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Fry the cube steaks, in batches if necessary, for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove the steaks to a paper towel-lined plate to drain. For the gravy, pour off all but 3 tablespoons of the pan drippings or melt the butter in the skillet over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in the whole milk, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Cook, whisking constantly, until the gravy is thickened, about 5 minutes. Season with seasoned salt and black pepper. Serve the chicken fried steaks with gravy poured over the top.
