Beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a sizable mixing bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy. One egg at a time, adding and beating thoroughly after each addition. Add the vanilla extract and stir. Mixing until just combined, gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and grated zucchini. Transfer the mixture into the loaf pan that has been preheated and level it out.
