These Vegan Jam Thumbprint Cookies are a delightful treat that's easy to make and perfect for any occasion. They are tender, buttery, and filled with sweet jam.
Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/4 cup vegan jam any flavor of choice.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Using your thumb or the back of a spoon, make an indentation in the center of each cookie. Fill each indentation with a small spoonful of vegan jam. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Cook Time: 10 minutes
