These easy-to-make vegan bars are a great way to enjoy the delicious combination of chocolate and peanut butter. They don't need to be baked and only have 5 easy ingredients.
Ingredients: 2 cups vegan chocolate chips. 1 cup creamy peanut butter. 1/2 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup coconut oil. 1 1/2 cups rolled oats.
Instructions: Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Fold in rolled oats until evenly coated. Transfer mixture into the prepared baking dish and press down firmly with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm. Once set, cut into bars and enjoy!
