Hey all, I’m teaming up with @logeesplants for the ‘How to Make a Plant Love You’ book tour 📗+ a live-filming of a ‘Plant One On Me’ 📹episode by putting together an epic, once-in-a-lifetime adventure on Saturday, Oct 26th. I’ve always wanted to go to @logeesplants, but it’s hard to get to via public transportation, so, we thought: “Why not charter a bus from NYC and have a real life #BotanicalFieldTrip?!” The question is: Whether we have enough people to do that! Here's what the all-day field trip will hold: 1.Tour Logee’s historic greenhouses, including a behind-the-scenes of some of their research, stock, and production greenhouses. 2.Meet-and-greet with the Logee’s team, 3.Learn to graft, propagate, prune and more with in-person demos, 4.Enjoy refreshments and local, organic lunch, 5.Get a copy of my book, 'How to Make a Plant Love You' AND be entered into a raffle for a variegated Monstera deliciosa (too good to be true!), 6.Q&A with me and Byron Martin, head horticulturist, on new plants and hot trends, 7.Book signing (including my green thumb!), 8.Shop for one-of-a-kind plants, specially prepared for this event, 9.Score a 15% discount with the #HowToMakeAPlantLoveYou book compliments of Post #PlantShopPubCrawl, and, 10.Go behind-the-scenes (or in front of the camera) as we film for an episode of Plant One On Me! The event would likely be from 10AM - 2:30PM. Tickets would likely be in the following tiers: A. Regular Ticket (drive yourself) + lunch = $49.95 B. Chartered Bus Ticket from NYC (no lunch) = $89.95 C. Chartered Bus Ticket from NYC + lunch = $99.95 Bus would leave in the morning from the Port Authority, NYC.
