Green onion update. It’s starting to warm up and the green onions have long since rooted and are starting to grow nicely. 🧅 🌱 💚 🖼 #greenonion #springishere #onion #plantupdate #gardeningupdate #growyourownfood #gardeninginspiration #backyardgardening #organicgardening #homegrown #growingfood #plantstagram #gardenlife #iloveplants #gardening #garden #gardenblogger #gardener #homegrown #backyardgardening #containergardening #instagardener #plantcommunity #growyourownfood #gardeninspiration #happygardenlife #indoorgarden #indoorplants https://www.instagram.com/p/CbcS2y2KVuw/?utm_medium=tumblr

Felt like doing a greenhouse update after hitting up a garden center earlier. The first one is what I bought today (Ecginobivia Hybrid), and is supposed to flower in the spring and summer (hopefully mine can bloom before it starts to get colder). Most of the rest are ones from before. My taller succulents keep growing up, up, up. It would be great if they didn't keep bending funny!! One of them in particular I'm afraid is going to bend too far and snap on itself! They keep changing direction though, either bending towards each other or the direction of the sun. My Bonsai might be dying though after almost a year of having it! It was two small trees and now just the one. The first one wasn't producing any more leaves and just rotten on itself on the inside??? Do I need to repot it maybe??? For now I'm watching out to see if there are any signs of it dying with the surviving tree. So far not looking good :'( I have a spider plant that I've had since December and is going good as well, but I have it placed further away. I don't have as much progress to show since friggin Diego chewed on most of the new stems that shot out, BAD CAT!! He went to town on it when I had my eyes off it to get something real quick. Apparently I wasn't fast enough. #plants #plantupdate #greenhouse #succulent #succulents #cacti #cactus https://www.instagram.com/p/B1R8eHGgfi6x5EC1U4fZPxvLhEzMwAVeCX3yCI0/?igshid=1redezypdgrhx
#ctenanthelubbersiana update! Moved him outside for the summer and there has been a lot of new growth. #plantupdate https://www.instagram.com/p/B1HT_FNlo1p/?igshid=fxhcef76pel8
These are my two different Monstera cuttings living happily together in one pot. I started rooting them around early October, and they are finally growing their first leaves! I can't stop staring at them every few minutes hoping that they will unfurl quicker. I will post an update in a few days once it actually does. The one on the left is the stunning Monstera Adansonii, and the one on the right is the famous Monstera Deliciosa, sans the splits in the leaves. I am hoping that the newer leaves will eventually have its iconic split leaf look.
