I think about giving up keto I really don’t want to but... I just hit my fifth month of plateau. It’s just so discouraging. I lost 37 lbs and that’s it. (I know it’s a lot but based on the weight that I should lose it’s a pretty tiny difference). I have tried everything to break it - up my carbs intake, IF, I dink a lot of water.

I feel great except I don’t sleep very well. I just bought some multivitamins and magnesium. This is my final push. If something doesn’t happen soon, April will be the start of something new for me.
