Today we did full upper body. Started out with a 15 minute warmup: 10 minutes on the elliptical on level 10 then level 5 then stretched out really good. DB Shoulder Press 3 X 10 each arm Straight-Arm Pull Downs 3 X 10 Lateral/Front Raise Circuit 3 X 10 2 Arm DB Preacher Curls 3 X 10 Landmine Press 3 X 10 Since my favorite muscle to train is legs, I went ahead and did some Bulgarian Split Squats between sets of the Landmine Press, so I just did a set of 5, 10, and a set to failure.
