Well, I haven't really searched on why "sound" was connected to sleep or to the mind like that in 2 Timothy 1:7. But I think it is another reason why music is therapeutic and keeps the mind sane. With the right tempo ans rhythm, a person can always be back to its' serenity as good music plays or even just the simple and good thoughts will be in mind.
Nowadays where everyone boasts of what they have and what they are but gives less time to what the real value of a person is. hehehe' Thos're my same old "tita" thoughts. Kaya okay pa rin talaga maging old school. 😊 As long as technology and social media doesn't eat up much in my time.
Patulog na ang tita na ini.. haay! I may not have survived a GY shift with 2 hrs sleep w/o being able to keep on with that thought.. plus just a nap to prep me before the first GY shift for the week. I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS ME.
