i think while both ctommy and cdream r transfem that estrogen fixes ctommy and makes cdream worse. like cdream is such a perfectionist and a control freak i feel that even with estrogen making her feel more feminine that her dysphoria would still never feel feminine Enough, which would spiral her. but i think ctommy would find confidence in being a masculine women and find a lot of comfort in being a he/she butch. estrogen so good it heals ur relationship with masculinity
