With playstation support getting a refund for a game. With a kind soul who's name I DONT KNOW, helped me get my money back from a pre-order, after 30 minutes of waiting. A kind human being who wished my day well, who I could feel the niceness from text alone. I... I promised to give a wonderful review for your help, I gave a 10 out of 10 I had a small speech written out about how well you helped me! I DID! I PROMISE! I was going to review it for spelling mistakes, I WAS. FOR YOU WISHED ME A GOOD DAY AND I DID BACK THANKING YOU FOR YOUR TIME! I cannot express how nice you were, for the conversation was professional, quick, and lasting at most six minutes. My phone is old. It had crashed. Last night my playstation 4 account was compromised. Some bastard downloaded £80 worth of stuff. I spoke with a playstation spokes person, and apparently the stuff was bought on my playstation an midnight last night.
The thing is, I was downstairs all night last night. The playstation was on standby mode on a different HDMI channel. Unless a ghost or the invisible man was present, there’s no way in hell that someone could’ve bought the games without me knowing.
.... As well as this, the console’s been acting weird. I would go on a game, switch channels so that the tv would be on for 10 mins or so, and when I go back the playstation’s at a different page. It’s like I’m sharing it with a ghost.
I am annoyed as hell but I don’t care about the money.Does anyone know what is happening with my console?

has anybody else had the ps4 issue where it wont let you sign into psn?? i just got my new ps4 and whenever i try to sign in it's an endless loop of "please wait". my internet is 200% fine and i've spent 5 hours on forums trying to find an answer but nothing works for me and im really sad because i cant use the store or most importantly i cant download The Last of Us and i don't have 60$ to buy a physical copy and Sony won't answer me im so sad
I went to go turn on my ps4 this morning, naturally using the controller, but instead of the blue light, the controller just blinked for a second then stopped. I tried plugging it in, and nothing. I tried a different controller, and it just did the same thing. I went to go manually turn it on and nothing happened. I unplugged and replugged everything, and still nothing. It won't beep or blink or anything. This isn't a new console either, I've had it since it first came out, and it was working just fine two days ago when I last played. Does anyone have any suggestions or has dealt with this before?
My friend was recently banned from PSN for using his account outside of North America.
I have his explanation of the events under the readmore. This is causing quite a bit of undue stress on his part, so any help or advice you can give is way more than appreciated!

I've been struggling with Customer Support for a few days now.
I used to be the owner of the PSN account: Auto-Responder
This account was made by me when I was visiting friends in California.
During my stay in America I used my Playstation 3 Console, buying games at the nearest Gamestop I came across DLC vouchers that would not respond well to my European account. With me staying in America for quite a while I decided to make myself a North American account. This way I could enjoy the full content of the games.
While I resided there for a while I also purchased a few Vita games, as you know the Vita only allows one account per console.
This account has been in use on my Playstation 3 and Playstation Vita ever since.
I also wish to point out that after you make an account you cannot change its region afterwards.
Unfortunately at the end of february I was greeted with the error message: This account has been temporarily or permanently suspended from Playstation Network. I had no idea what had happened. I had to talk to 4 people on the Live-Assistant before I finally got the answer to why I was banned. It is a violation of Sony's Terms of Service to create a North American account when you do not reside in North America.
I explained to the kind support agent that I had made this account for my stay in America.
I provided her with the full details of my stay; the duration of it, the situation with the games and the DLC.
She replied that she was very sorry for the inconvenience but could not provide me with a solution.
I told her that I had several hundreds of dollars worth of content and had a large amount of unused funds in my wallet.
To this I got the same reply:
Sorry for the inconvenience but I can not provide you with a proper solution for this problem.
Afterwards I decided to mail my entire story to Customer Support, the reply I got was that It was against the Terms of Service to create a North American account when I did not reside in North America. Since I am in Europe I should contact Sony Entertainment Europe. I called them and they told me that they could not assist me because this account was made in North America.
This response was of course no help to my problem either. The content of my email was ignored and I was mailed something from a list of things to write back for these kinds of situations.
I used this account for few years now and I have bought a lot of digital and physical games.
I therefore hope that Sony will correct their mistake of banning me.
Does anyone have any suggestions for resolving this issue?
