So I've been wanting to try this method and was reinspired by @thesurvivalgardener - where you upcycle a section of the main stem from banana or plantain plants by cutting a hole and transplanting a start or if you can, find a volunteer 🌱 _ If you're big into gardening, I highly recommend a Hori Hori (the knife looking tool behind the tomato plant in the first picture). Its a Japanese trowel or digging tool. I most enjoy that it has so many other uses with a blade on one side, serrated teeth on the other, and a measuring guide.
