Hello everyone, I got an idea to help me with my remedial law homework of making and being familiar with the different types of pleadings. I'm going to make pleadings with the characters of the Ikevamp and Ikesen fandoms. Like for example Theo had an altercation with the Academié (I don't know if that's the right French spelling) and some members of the Academié filed a case against him and he was compelled to file an answer. His anachronistic pleading will probably look something like this.

^This is the serious sample please excuse my ugly signature. The next one is the more fun example. @delicateikemenmemes and @arsnovacadenza I hope you two don't mind that I used you two as an example. You guys are the two super Theo thirsty people I know 😁. On a serious note though if you don't like it I'll remove the picture.

Who says pleadings have to be boring and all serious😅. But really this is just for fun and any inaccuracies as to law, time period or how anachronistic this thing is. For those who wants to make a request (especially if its outside Ikevamp and Ikesen or if it involves characters who are not yet featured in the English version of the game) please give me the following:

1.) What is the story or the conflict?

2.) Who is filing or making the complaint?

3.) Who is it being filed against?

4.) Where and when is it?

5.) Do you want me to do the complaint or answer? (I just realized this now, my bad)

For requests outside of the Ikesen and ikevamp fandom:

6.) What are the personalities of each of the characters ?

7.) Brief summary or inside look in the fandom.

BONUS QUESTIONS FOR TIRED AND STRESSED LAW STUDENTS: You guys don't need to answer this because its just for fun. But if you do please provide legal basis.

1.) Based on the allegations of the first sample is there a cause of action?

2.) Is the pleading sufficient in form?

3.) Is the pleading sufficient in substance?

4.) Will the complaint against Theo prosper?

5.) Assuming that it won't prosper and Theo is entitled to damages. What kind of damages is he entitled to?

Hey! I wanted to file a copmlaint against Theo (for fun 😂). I loved your examples by the way.

I am accusing Theo of:

1) name calling and defaming my character. (This occured in a cafe where I was assisting him in transporting his "property")

2) playing with my heart and affections.

Evidence:

1) two witnesses heard him call me hondje and kanbeltje and imply I wasn't strong enough to be much help. (Vincent and Arthur)

2) there isn't much evidence for the second accusation but we all know Theo well enough that he is definitely guilty. (Haha yeah that accusation won't hold up. I still wanted to accuse him of it though.)

Requested Compensation:

Theodorus Van Gogh must take me to a public Venue and feed me. (Pancakes hopefully.) And the entire time he must only call me darling. 😂😂😂

This will repair the public and emotional damage done to the victim. (If I did this wrong feel free to DM me.)
