That is not how that works. At all. Your house is entirely in your mind. Your body, without a mind, has no more a Hogwarts house than a chair. You are a Slytherin, in body and mind.
Unless of course you mean to say you are a Slytherin, who has very recently switched bodies with a Hufflepuff. In that case, please do see Madam Pomfrey. She encounters such incidents more frequently than you would think. You should be all sorted out by dinnertime.
