Mental Health

I just came clean to my mom about my eating disorder and how I want to fix it in the next coming months. I don’t know why I’m sharing this because it’s very personal but I really want it to be a wake up call for anyone else dealing with a mental illness, no matter how long or short or how bad or easy you think you have had it, you NEED to tell someone about it. It doesn’t haven’t to be your mom but it can even be a sibling or a friend, anyone. You need to ask for help or else it’ll be harder to recover! You need someone to look out for you.

In a slump?

Doesn’t have to be just a musical slump, in can be just a life slump. I’m here to talk it out with you! There are soooooo many others that are able to talk with you as well. We’d rather help you than let you stay hurt. We care. We might not know who you are but a person is a person and you have feelings, and those feelings should be helped if you’re in a slump or worse. We! Want! You! To! Be! Your! Best! Even! Through! Your! Worst!
