Hello has anyone had a tilt table test and if so can you tell me about it please?

I need to get one soon but I communicate via AAC or ASL and i'm really worried about not being able to communicate during it

Have any other AAC users had a tilt table test and if so how did you manage that? I speak ASL and can have a support worker come with me but my support workers don't know a lot of ASL. (Do they secure your hands/arms during the test??)

I am also hugely triggered by restraint so I am super worried about being strapped to the table, and not being able to hold my aac will make that worse, but not having any way to communicate at all will probably make me have a panic attack or psychotic break during! Help please
