Hey, this is a question for all you competitive Gold+ ranked peeps on Overwatch that main supports

My question for you is this: how do I improve my gameplay? I’m stuck in 990-1115 Bronze, and I’ve played quite a few quickplay hours on the two primary healers (I’ve got 30 on Lucio and about 35 on Mercy now I think?), but I can’t seem to improve, and it’s starting to get me down because I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.

Can you guys give me any tips or practice regimens or ANYTHING to help me be better?
