Basically that’s what happens to Ragatha when she coddles Honey when the beecat is angry or overwhelmed and Ragatha won’t listen (cuteness aggression gets the best of her better judgement lol) Honey gets very embarrassed if it happens in front of the others and if alone is still uncomfortable at times but doesn’t have the heart to set her boundaries clearly at least at the start]

So silly ^^ Chaos gremlin who’s spontaneous so I like him haha! Some weird mix of a toddler and pet dog with a dash of crazy that’s um… endearing(?) if you think about it!... Is it bad I don’t really understand him? He never actually talks to me….
It’s really fun chasing him though! I love playing tag with him! His floating makes it challenging but that just makes popping him after I catch him all the more satisfying ^^ (don’t worry it doesn’t hurt him! Caine assured me the first time I did it on accident)
Gangle
I don’t really know what to think about her. I enjoy drawing with her in silence but I don’t know what to do when she’s crying. I wish I was better about comforting her but I really don’t know unfortunately.
I do wish the others did more for her. I’ve noticed everyone just lets Jax mistreat her… I tried challenging him once, but she wouldn’t let me defend her for some reason? Why? Why doesn’t she try defending herself? Does she think she deserves it? I want to get to know her better but we’re both shy and quiet so it’s hard… I really don’t know how to feel quite yet but sometimes it’s nice to be with someone more emotional than me, reminds me it’s alright to cry…
I don't think I can help her with where I am and our relationship but when we're stuck together on adventures and she's very emotional I let her hug me and I try to be there just physically. I don't know how much it helps... but she doesn't refuse... I still never know what to say but I don't bother with empty words or promises I can't keep....
Pomni
She’s nice enough but I don’t relate much to her. Apparently she came right before me, and I am grateful that she’s tried helping me alongside Ragatha (I suspect those two are more than friends but it seems rude to ask) but-
She reminds me of one of my sisters but much nicer. She also has a strong disdain for Caine though :( I struggle to form much of a relationship with her but it doesn’t mean we don’t get along. It’s always awkward for some reason… But it’s a good neutral relationship really! I just- I don’t know, I want to get to know her better but I don’t think we’re really compatible for friendship. Maybe in the future that can change hopefully? Even if not, I really hope she isn’t bothered by me and that I spend a lot of time with Ragatha. (It’s Ragatha who mostly goes after me but I’m not complaining)

Kinger
“He’s… nice enough? He seems to want to help others so I respect that and also the fact he’s been here the longest. His loudness and sudden movement scare me if I’m too close and he’s confusing… I feel bad about letting that bother me though since recently he’s been letting me occasionally nap in his pillow fort.
He really is nice! And if I stay there long enough his personality is more stable and kind inside but I’m not certain quite yet… it only happened a few times since he only invited me recently and I usually fall asleep quickly. Maybe I’ll ask the others about it later?”
Jax
He’s mean… but still nicer than my sister (or my standards are just that low) He seems to just be a prankster though and while I dislike him bullying Gangle at least he leaves Kinger alone. He teases me but if I ignore him [-start dissociating and zero responses for long time-] he leaves me alone at least…
Hates Caine… I’m not bothering to sway him…
Mixed feelings.. He actually helps me (unintentional most likely) to snap out of it if I stop speaking for long periods (with outlandish retorts mainly) leaning on negative for now majority of time

oh let me tell u i am so normal about adaine so here have a collection of some of my headcanons (that i can remember)
adaine starts dressing more "punk" in a sense because she lives with fig (totally not cause shes trying to remove herself from her goody two shoes appearance that her parents knew)
I also think this comes out of necessity as she doesnt have the money to buy new clothes if they get damaged so ends up sowing patches onto her clothes.
Adaine is the second tallest bad kid (after gorgug) at 5'11 simply because fabian is 5'10 and claims hes 6'0 (adaine is having none of it)
Adaine and tracker are still really close even after kristens breakup
She also has chronic fatigue which did not help her anxiety attacks. for most of her life she just believed she was lazy and not trying hard enough due to her parents thinking she was making excuses
Fig realizes at the beginning of Sophomore year that she really, really likes fun colors. She’s sick of all black. She wears bright red skirts and t-shirts of all colors and she smokes her cigarettes and dyes her hair and paints her nails pale pink and is uniquely, wildly, entirely herself. She doesn’t limit herself to a “rocker aesthetic”. Isn’t the whole point of rebellion to be you?
Adaine’s style has changed so much. Partway through freshman year, she begins dressing as defiantly as possible. Whatever her parents would hate the most, Adaine wears. She borrows Fig’s clothes, which tend to be a bit too short and tight on her, but it’s all black with a leather skirt and ripped fishnets and her mother calls her a slut and her father forces her to go back to her room and change. Aelwyn mocks her for it over breakfast and Adaine stares at her food and doesn't wear fishnets or crop tops again.
(Aelwyn sneaks out that night wearing a similar outfit because she knows what her parents would say and the idea of the look on her mother's face being pointed at her is enough to terrify her to the point of nausea, and she drinks and drinks and drinks until she forgets to be afraid.)
Still, Adaine's style keeps changing. Sophomore Year it's mostly her Jacket of Useful things, t-shirts, and jeans. But as much as she hated being forced to wear the Hudol uniform, she really likes nice clothes. Junior Year she begins exploring more elven clothing: long skirts, vests with collared shirts, pleated blouses, breeches, tall boots, et cetera. She, Ayda, and Gorgug work together combining Wizardry and Artificing on her Jacket of Useful Things so that it can effectively transform into any coat/jacket/vest/etc to go with her outfit. It's perfect as her style is constantly shifting on a daily basis.
This is just my thought on all of their heights, but here we go:
Riz is shortest, obviously. He’s actually average-height for a goblin, resting at about 3’6’’.
Fig gives severe Tall Vibes, so much so that people forget she’s actually only 5’3’’. She wears boots that bring her up to about 5’5’’, but she’s still the second-shortest bad kid.
No one will let Fabian let down how short he is. He’s tried changing his diet, stretching, everything he can imagine—he’s still 5’4’’. It’s mortifying. Fig fits into his clothes perfectly.
Kristen has always felt somewhat ungainly, her limbs at different shapes and sizes, and she’d crash into things a lot. She’s always felt too much: too tall, too wide, too much, too much, too much. Junior Year she starts working out and begins getting comfortable with her body. Still, she’s tall, almost 5’10’’.
Adaine is quite tall, but her parents and sister are taller than her, and she’s spent her life feeling inescapably small. Her posture is good, but there’s something to the way she tilts her head, the general way she carries herself, hunching around a too-big orb and clutching books to her chest, that makes her look short and small. Sophomore Year, her confidence grows, she becomes more stable, and most importantly, she eats much more. She uncurls herself, and by the time she finds Aelwyn again, Aelwyn is horrified to see that her little sister looms over her. Adaine is 5’11.
Gorgug hunches over a lot, and it’s actually after becoming an Artificer that he gets better with his posture, because he’s sitting a lot more now and his back hurts if he hunches too much. His actual height is 6’5’’. He’s the tallest bad kid.
My personal headcanon is that Tracker also has anxiety and used to “wolf out” whenever she got overwhelmed. So she understands Adaine very well, perhaps better than anyone else. She understands the way Adaine’s anger stems from her fear, from her lack of control. Tracker helps her find the right anxiety meds and teaches her methods of working through and handling feeling overwhelmed.
When the bad kids see Nara and Tracker again in Fallinel, she introduces them all to Nara. “Ah,” Nara says as she and Adaine are introduced, and Adaine tenses for oracle, the daughter who killed Angwyn Abernant, the oracle who ran away, but what she’s met with was: “Tracker’s little sister.”
Adaine never tells Tracker how much it means. She loves Aelwyn, and Aelwyn loves her, but that love is something that has been asked for by both parties. Adaine never realized before that she shouldn't have to ask.

What they smell like: I think he’d smell like sweat ( he’s a rowdy boy after all) and maybe lemongrass too?
How they sleep (sleeping position, schedule, etc): He doesn’t have a set schedule for bedtime. One day he’ll be up until 4 am and the next he’s asleep at 8pm. I think he starts out in a normal position, sleeping on his side, but he wakes up sprawled on his bed like a starfish
What music they enjoy: I remember that in his sheet in the manga he said he enjoyed all kinds of music? So I sick with that, but I think he particularly enjoys punk/alternative music and anything upbeat and energetic
How much time they spend getting ready every morning: I think he’s pretty fast, what takes up most of the time is doing his hair, but I think he’s learned how to fix it up fast too
Their favorite thing to collect: Bottle caps or stickers of any kind. He likes to stick them on Ritsu’s face during sleepovers
Left or right-handed: Cobsider this: ambidextrous
Religion (if any): I don’t think he really believes in anything
Favorite sport:I don’t think he had a favourite! He probably enjoys all sports and has tried all of them once, I think the ones he likes the most are basketball, skateboarding, baseball and maybe even surfing
Favorite touristy thing to do when traveling (museums, local food, sightseeing, etc): I think he’d like just walking around and going on adventures, taking silly pictures and just having fun.
Favorite kind of weather: Warmer weather, but he enjoys thunderstorms too, he likes to look at them
A weird/obscure fear they have: A mantis getting into his ear. When he was little, some kid told him mantises like to et into people’s ears and he’s been afraid of that happening ever since
The carnival/arcade game they always win without fail: you know the one where you throw balls at the cans? He always wins that one because he cheats a little
Newsies prompt: Crutch is dealing with his time at refugee. Jack hears him trying not to cry and night so he go overs and comforts him while he cries it out.
There wasn’t much that could wake Jack up. Not only did his snoring seem to shake the rest of the small apartment most nights, but anything short of an earthquake or a war could get him to move after he passed out. Which is why he was a little surprised when he found himself opening his eyes while it was still dark outside. He didn’t know what had caused him to stir until he heard it again. It was the sound that was in his dream, except this time it was closer. He wasn’t sure how his unconscious instincts had kicked in, he was just glad they had.
When you know someone for long enough, you know their sounds from a mile away. You can pinpoint their laugh, their sigh, their crying. And this was the unmistakable sound of crying. It was soft, trying to pretend it was something it wasn’t. Jack got up from his bed and crept across the room. He peaked his head past the doorframe and could barely make out Crutchie’s shaking outline on the couch with help from the moonlight. Their place wasn’t too big, so they alternated who would sleep in the room and who would take the couch. Although, Crutchie insisted half the time that he didn’t even like the bed, that Jack should take it, he didn’t mind.
“Hey, uh, Crutch, you doing all right?” Jack said tentatively, venturing out further into the room.
Crutchie practically jumped off the couch. His hands went directly to his face, wiping his cheeks as best he could to try to erase the evidence of what had obviously been tears.
“Oh uh, oh I’m fine. Really it’s, it’s nothin’, you go back to bed,” Crutchie shooed, avoiding eye contact with every word.
“Ah come on ya filthy liar,” Jack said, making his way across the room and plopping down onto the couch. “Ya think I were born yesterday?”
Jack had a way of making an insult a joke and managed to creep a small smile onto Crutchie’s face. Crutchie also knew his best friend, and was aware that Jack was not the type of guy to drop a subject. He sighed and began talking so quietly he was almost drowned out by the city noises outside the window.
“It’s just, I uh, sometimes I thinks too much about the Refuge and all that. Ya know, it was real bad there Jackie. I woke up and I didn’t even know where I was. And, and I was only theres a little while. There was people who had been there for months, maybe longer. Kids, god they we was all just kids, starving, bloody, sick. No one even cared. And ya know, they stuck me on the top bunk. I couldn’t even get to the damn bathroom without needin’ someone’s help. And jeez Jack, you know I was beat up real bad and I couldn’t help feelin’ like I was, I was no good, no use to all yous who weren’t dumb enough to get caught. Sometimes I’ll wake up and it’s dark and I can’t see nothin’ and for a second I think I’m back there. And I just, I don’t know, it all comes right back and I’m just, I ain’t good at handlin’ it I guess,” he finished as some stray tears started to fall from his face again.
Jack was stunned a little. He knew Crutchie’s time in the Refuge had been rough, but he never knew the true aftermath of what that place had done to him. It made him what to bust a hole through the skull of every person that had anything to do with putting Crutchie there. But right now wasn’t the time was anger. Right now was the time to comfort his friend.
“Hey, hey, you look at me kid,” Jack turned Crutchie’s head to face him. Crutchie continued to sniffle and look down at his lap despite Jack’s order. “You is stronger than all of us combined,” he gestured to the empty room as if it were filled to the brim. “And I don’t want you to ever feel like yous ain’t good enough, alright? Because that kind of garbage don’t fly with me.”
Crutchie finally met Jack’s eyes and gave a small nod. He couldn’t seem to stop the tears though. His breathing kept hiccuping as he just stared at Jack’s concerned face, unsure of what else to do.
“Come here,” Jack said in a small voice, wrapping his arm around the side of Crutchie’s shoulder and pulling the smaller boy into his chest. Crutchie of course, didn’t argue. And that’s when he finally let go and cried, really cried. And the two of them sat like that, until exhaustion took over and they both fell asleep in time with the sunrise.

8. What language(s) does your OC speak?
Lumen: Lumen is a polyglot. 😆 She is so smart and has had so much time to herself that she’s learned SO many languages. Lumen speaks Surface common, Elvish (drow dialect, learned from her mother), Sylvan, Druidic, Celestial, and Abyssal. like, what the fuck, girl
Marion: Marion only knows how to speak Elvish (drow dialect), Undercommon, and the tiniest bit of Surface common. In AUs I have (including the campaign I’m running) in which he’s moved to the Surface, he does fully learn Surface common, although he has a noticeable accent.
Lanayne: Lanayne can speak Elvish (drow dialect), Undercommon, and Surface Common fluently. (She goes to the Surface a lot for artifact hunting!)
9. What color is your OC's hair? How do they wear it?
Lumen: Lumen’s hair is a rich, chestnut brown, just like her dad’s was. 😌 It’s a little longer than chin length with lots of layers, and the waves in it make it flare out from her face. She’s also got sideswept bangs that are longer at the sides to frame her face.
Marion: Marion’s hair is pure, glossy white. His hair falls to the middle of his back in loose curls, and he often wears the top portion pulled back into a bun at the back of his head (but high, like where a high ponytail would go). He usually has some kind of decoration in his hair, like a hair pin or something woven in as well ✨
Lanayne: Lanayne’s hair is close to white, but has a silvery/greyish tone to it that Marion’s doesn’t. Her hair is buzzed on one side of her head, and the hair on the other side is about …mid-bicep length loose waves.

Lumen: in dnd terms, her background is hermit! she grew up in an isolated forest cottage, and after her parents died, she only rarely ventured into town, instead staying in her woods and taking care of the little plants and creatures and bugs 🌳🦉🐞
Marion: marion is a noble, a ✨prince.✨ he grew up wanting for nothing, in the lap of luxury. As a man, he didn’t really have any responsibilities (besides look pretty and be charming), so he is used to leisure.
Lanayne: Lanayne is a very low ranking noble, but her family moved to the capital when she was about eight when to enroll her in magic training at the palace. Her family was comfortable, but their life was much more modest than her peers’ who lived at the palace. She was somewhat of an outcast there as a result, at least until everyone noticed that she was clearly gonna be an powerful figure thanks to her knack for the arcane
