I have a presentation tomorrow, and I'm so anxious. I mean, the other day I didn't pass because our teacher forgot about our presentation, but I was so fucking nervous that i almost broke the phone of my bro, dude. God, I'm so stupid and I panicked so easily...I can't do this, I never can. The worst of all is that my teacher will select two of us randomly and my group has 5 persons, and the possibilities of choose me to do that...are so fucking high. Aghh, I'm fucked. I understand...we are studying for being professionals and we need to train that part, but it's something I can't do because I just...can't. Every time my heart is going to explode and my head is so hot that I can't fucking think...And I did I tell you about my whole body? My body start to shaking, my legs..., my hands...I can't stand correctly and that's one of the worst things of all.  The last time I did one presentation when I finished talking my friend has to take me away from the public and I wouldn't stop shivering and my breathing was so irregular, I was so scared of myself... And...I don’t know...I don’t know anymore...
