Okay this is just me expressing my anger towards the president of the philippines and you guys should be mad at him too.

He made rape jokes. He jokes around quite a lot even when everything is going to shit. He had a very recent temper tantrum because our frontliners are asking for atleast a break due to how tired they are. He said something along the lines of “What do you want?! Revolution?! SURE! LET’S JUST KILL ALL OF THE COVID PATIENTS!”. He even blames the people for the spread of covid in our country when the people were the ones telling him to do a travel ban so that we can protect ourselves from the virus. Did I mention that he told the people to just dunk our old used face masks (Not the reusable ones) in gasoline? You thought that was a joke? No, that was not a joke. He even said it himself.

@viatortravel After several attempts of reaching out to you via various platforms. You finally replied to me, but again, you are not answering my question, still. The reason for my disappointment wasn't because of what you've repeatedly said. That there were NO PICK-UP included for the tour BUT in ACTUAL FACT, it was because the Tour Agency were NOT informed of the AMENDED tour date that we have booked for. They DIDN'T even receive any update from (Viator) your side that our tour date were amended to 3 Aug. Hence, we were FORGOTTEN by them and Viator. What I am asking for now is that... has it been UPDATED and BOOKED for us on the 11 AUG as we told over the phone call with them that the agency will CHANGE it for us to the 11 Aug instead. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! If you still do not get what I am asking.. We will still be there on the 11 Aug for the tour. If not, I would definitely demand for a REFUND as it costs us almost S$200, in which we had already pre-paid for to YOU.
