21. leaving hickeys on the other’s neck                 (tbh i don’t remember what aris is like at all so i’m just rolling with the snarky asshole i’ve seen other people writing?? idk i have to reread the books)

Kissing behind the food hall had become pretty routine, but Thomas protested when Aris’s mouth moved down, kissing across his cheek and then down to his neck.

"People will know," he groaned, pushing Aris’s face away. It didn’t matter that the thought sent a flash of arousal through him, made his pants feel tighter. Him and Aris had set the rules of their relationships at the beginning— and no one finding out was the first.

Aris paused at his complaint, rubbing his thumb over the place he’d been about to suck and glancing up. “Oh? But isn’t that a hot idea, Thomas?” He pressed his thumb in, and it ached like he’d already made a bruise. His voice was almost cruel, and Thomas whimpered. “You having to hide your neck?” 

Thomas wanted to shake his head, but he knew it would be a lie, so instead he just dropped his head back, an invitation. 

Aris accepted, greedily pressing his mouth back against the skin and opening it, drawing the skin between his lips and nipping when it touched his teeth. There was pain, but it was overridden by the psychological pleasure of being marked. That Aris was taking him, that he had a place to belong.

He didn’t think so much as it happened though, only let out a cut off whimper of “Shuck, that’s hot,” as the pleasure spread. Aris had him pressed against a wall and he took advantage of the position, pressing a thigh between Thomas’s legs as he moved, tongue dancing across Thomas’s skin before picking another spot and marking it.

And by the end, bruises up and down Thomas's neck and sucked into his jaw, they realized.

Everyone was going to know.

oh god and it becomes this normal thing where gally will be walking near the back of the cabins and aris will be walking through the pathway on the sides of the cabins and gally will hook a finger into gallys waistband and pull him to the back of one of the cabins and Aris will just grin and they'll make out behind the cabins because they don't want anyone to know yet and sometimes they'll get nervy and aris will go into gallys room in the middle of the night

oh god yes and goes on for weeks and weeks and they try to be as quiet as they can but one morning someone knocks on gally’s bedroom door and they’re panicking because they’re both still naked and aris accidentally slept over so they hastily get dressed and aris hides under the bed before gally answers the door

 it’s minho asking what gally wants for breakfast because frypan is up already and gally just says “eggs will be fine. scrambled.” and minho nods and walks away and gally is //so// relieved that he didn’t seem to suspect anything until minho calls over his shoulder “Oh, how about aris? sunny side up or scrambled?”

gally just pales and doesn’t answer and minho turns around like “what? you aren’t gonna feed your boyfriend? pretty sure he needs a lot of energy bc judging from how much sleep i didn’t get, you guys pulled an all-nighter” and gally just blushes and grumbles “aris get out of there, they know”

(Ignore me I'm rambling bullshit) what if instead of Thomas paired with Teresa it was Thomas paired with Aris and Teresa with Rachel and Aris came into the glade after Thomas &he gave it a moth before he triggered the ending &every night he would move around the homestead & make out with a different boy in the glade & everyone knew & everyone heard them so most nights people would move to him& whisper "Aris" if they thought he was sleeping but hed just reply with a sleepy "yeah babe?" oh god

(cont.) and Aris is so disheveled in the glade and just walks around with his hands in his pockets winking at people and newt and Alby are always watching him from afar rolling their eyes at him and one night Aris walks over to where newts sleeping and leans over him and starts kissing up his neck and down his chest and newt moans and wakes up when Aris has his mouth on his crotch through his pants and Aris just mumbles “I know you don’t like me very much, but I’d like to change that”

Newt pushing him off and on his back and Aris is thinking Shit I crossed the line but Newt just crawls on top of him, hovering over him, "Took you long enough, greenie." And Aris pulls him closer and rolls his hips against him and Newt just groans and buries his head into Aris’ neck, murmuring his name as they grind into each other and Newt is mouthing at Aris’ collarbones and they’re fully clothed but Aris just becomes so undone under Newt, gasping and murmuring his name, and looking at his beautiful face through his hooded eyes, his thrusts getting erratic, and they’re kissing so hard, and Newt just loves the sight of him and Aris’ hand starts to fumble with Newt’s zipper, as Newt mumbles “Why just now?” and Aris smirks before pushing his hand into Newt’s pants, muttering, “Saved the best for last, blondie.”
