In the episode when Hannah is at the dentist and is put under before a note is embedded in her mouth, wouldn't it make sense that someone would need medical expertise to safely put someone under anesthesia? Also remember: Wren's last name in the books was Kim. The change for the show might primarily have to do with the racial changes in the character, but the fact that they changed it to Kingston seems significant here. We also know the writers on this show love literary references. We are pretty sure Wren is involved. Is he big a? Did he try to kill Ali? Was he the one in the blonde wig in the last episode? The gas mask in the Halloween episode? All of the above? Also: "One of you has been touched by the one Ali fears the most" would be referring to spencer, not aria as we had previously suspected.
