Rhianners Plots!- Rewrite plot!

I wrote this plot when I was 12, now I'm rewriting it, here are some character back-story bits

The Twins come from a long line of elementals. Their grand mother, aunts and mother (late in their lives) (Basically it runs in the women's blood) had all been captured by the government. Their mother did her best to keep them hidden in the world, having them change schools often, and just in general keeping them away from people in power. They were home schooled for most of they're childhood. Their mother was discovered when they were sixteen, and they were left with they're grandfather on their dad's side (he died saving their mother when they were four and escaping for the first time). That's when they were enrolled in a public high school (they used a fake last name in order to elude government notice). Their grandfather keeps them as safe as he can, and he dies shortly before their 20th birthday.

Ibuki: Hmm.. Ibuki should get the chips or ice cream..?

???: Get something healthier Miss Ibuki Mioda!!

Ibuki: ..........

???: Don't you know who I am?? :((

Ibuki: .....you're from Ibuki's tour right? You sent Ibuki an email...

???: Yes of course! I found out your email and I couldn't resist coming to talk to you and meet you properly! Your pesky manager got in the way.

Ibuki:......She's not pesky......

???: Yes. She is. She kept getting in the way when I tried to confess to you.

Ibuki: Well that's nice and all but Ibuki has somebody she really likes so if you could jus-

???: Somebody else? Some. Body. Else? Who Miss Ibuki Mioda?? I, your most loyal and biggest fan, absolutely adore you!

Ibuki: .....Ibuki needs to leave now..

???: Wait! Miss Ibuki please don't go! You need to give me a reply!

Ibuki: Ibu-....I need to leave, please stop following me, you're not being very nice. You're scaring me, I need to go back to my own life.

???: ...Ibuki Mioda, don't you see that only I honestly care about you!?

Ibuki: Stop. Just stop it!! You don't know me!! -puts down the food and turns away to run before her arm is grabbed-

???: Oh yes I do Miss Ibuki Mioda. I know everything that there is to know about you. -squeezes his grip- :)

Ibuki: -wriggles around until she out of his grasp- Stop it!!! You're a stalker!!! -turns around and books it-
