no offense but lula (daphne’s actress) is a fucking idiot, yesterday she was asked “how does daphné handle the situation with basile?” and she said with her whole chest that... basile made daphné feel confident?¿ because he cares about “her positive sides” ?? how is sexual harassment supposed to make a teenage girl feel better about herself? like i really don’t understand what kind of message skam is trying to convey with that whole daphné/basile bullshit, i know that daphné/basile are supposed to be the vilde/magnus of france but by deciding to portray basile as much more misogynistic than og magnus what is at stake is much more serious. the way that they represented basile as this violently misogynistic boy is to me a very accurate representation of the average french boy but the redemption arc they’re giving him??!? what are we supposed to take from this?? that harassing girls eventually will give you a girlfriend, that the more you harass the more chance there is for the girl in question to give in? tfoh they already did that with manon/charles but here it’s 20 times worse and the actors are defending that shit
