Another Arkveld Plush Update

There's so many parts on this now... why? Cause im crazy...

Started developing another Typhlosion plushie, a small one made of minky this time! It began with the paper pattern and a few plush from my collection as inspiration. This prototype isn't entirely where I want it to end up yet, shapes-wise, but it's cute enough to finish as a proper plush.

For future plushies I want to use machine embroidery for the face (and flame spots), but since I didn't want to take this plush apart, I'm going with plastic eyes for this fellow c: The black eyes are just testers for me to find the correct position, the final ones are vermilion.

I forgot to share! Here were my Rewrite Shadow plushie progress photos- sharing now since I’ve been taking a huge break from it (patterning burnout), but for what I did get I was very happy with the head so far!! Colors are just testing ones but he’ll be red and white (you can see in my art pieces) once I get to the final build! I’m pretty sure the head took 8 tries to get to this point so I’m already not super great at planning out the shapes when patterning 😭 one day I’ll tackle it again!… when I’m brave enough to do the stripes, modify the head to body transition to look better, and- 😭
