Tales of love,loss and betrayal .. and a wedding dress.
Prince Edward Island, Canada, 1883 - home to the young Lucy Maud Montgomery, creator of ‘Anne of Green Gables’.
Also home to four young women of Scottish, Irish and English descent who unravel their disparate stories of love, betrayal, and hope, as they spin and sew their young friend’s wedding dress - looking towards uncertain futures in a pioneering new land where opportunities for women are still determined by class, origin, and education.
Noiseless and Patient is performed by Rose Condo, Vicky Sawka, Lauren Ash and Carly Clarke and is directed by Mick Connell and Ray Globe.
