I know a person with this exact aspect, how intriguing. Either way, Napoleon Bonaparte has this exact aspect and he once said "Power is my mistress. I have worked too hard at her conquest to allow anyone to take her away from me." this is a very sound description of Venus opposite Pluto in my opinion.
