4 for the PMD ask
4: Who's your favorite PMD Starter?
I know it's a pretty popular pokemon. I like Charmander. Due to it being a fire type. PLUS!!
Charizard can use Heatwave, which is one of my favorite moves to use.
Thanks for the ask.

ADVENTURE LOG Alex, XX/XX/XXX Here we are, setting out once again across the sea with the aid of our old friend Lapras. It’s been a while since we’ve traveled by ocean…I think the last time was the journey to the Hidden Land to return the Time Gears. It’s exciting to be setting out on a new expedition–although maybe that’s just Rune. His enthusiasm for adventure is infectious! Or perhaps it’s the relief of not having the fate of the world on our shoulders, for once…
I’m Rune, and this is my partner Alex. We’re Team Relic of the Wigglytuff Exploration Guild!
Huh? Oh, hi there.
We’re just starting out on a new adventure, but we’ve got a long boring ride before we get to the interesting parts, so...
Ask us anything and we’ll answer!
[A/N: Asks are now OPEN]
Welcome!
Hello fellow explorers! This is a blog for PMMD, an ongoing fanfiction set in the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon world. This is also being ran on twitter so you can see questions from both here.
Here’s the wattpad link!
Things you can ask:
General questions such as “How are you?”
Questions about things they’ve done like “How many gummies has Gold eaten at one time?”
Ask about different things that have happened so far.
Rules:
Just keep it clean please!
Due to dark themes being present in the fanfiction, dark themed asks are allowed to be submitted.
This doesn’t mean we will answer yours though!
If you want to do fanart, feel free to do so! We have reference sheets if you need them.
Just keep to the rules for asks and tag us when you post them. We’d love to see it!
I mean, I was joking before about it blowing up ’cause it was so small... but, I don’t think throwing it into the sky would’ve changed anything except make it look cooler than cool.
BOLD OF YOU TO ASSUME I’D GO OUT THAT EASY!!!!

Truth - Do you have any sort of feelings for me?
Kulua held himself back, nervous on his answering now, as he looked on to the Grovyle.
“Y-yes? I mean, you are the hero who saved everyone, even if many don’t realize it, you still are known by story”
Sorry if I’m asking dumb questions, but most of Pokemon where I live are super wary around Mystery Dungeons. To the point—they avoid going near them entirely... What actually happens when you enter one? I know their layout moves around and they have walls not even flying types can fly over in open sky ones.
Mind giving me the basics, please?

So! Mystery dungeons! They're pretty cool.
It's smart to be a little wary, but they aren’t inherently dangerous—I mean, some of us walk around in them every day! Sure, it’s easy to get lost in them, since, like you said, they change their layouts sporadically. But ones that spawn near towns tend to be small, and they can be great places to forage for food, items, or even money. And they’ll eject everyone in them before they change, so there’s no danger from that unless you believe the rumors.
The real problem is other Pokemon. There’s a lot of aggression going around since time started breaking down, and you might get attacked if someone decides they don’t want you near a foraging spot they’ve claimed—or if they decide they like the look of your items. If you faint in a mystery dungeon, you’ll lose a good chunk of your money and items, which can make it hard to fight your way back out if you’re in deep.
That's why you always bring an Escape Orb.
What happens when you enter a mystery dungeon…well. It’s like walking into any other area, except…something about the air feels different.
Sharper, I guess?
The pathways and rooms are more clearly defined than outside. You could be walking through a forest with no trails or clearings, but when you step into the mystery dungeon, suddenly you can tell exactly where the paths are. Plus they seem to…distort space? You can enter a dungeon in a flat area, go down twelve flights of stairs, and leave on the same level you went in.
It’s very weird but very cool, and worth checking out if you like exploring. If you don’t want to go in by yourself, you could hire an escort from your local exploration guild!
Was any of that what you’re looking for? I’m always happy to talk about mystery dungeons, so feel free to ask follow-up questions if it wasn’t!
Michael: "Hi! Watcha doin?" he says, smiling brightly despite not having the faintest clue where he is which he should probably be worried about
...
... ok, I think it’s passed.
if it isn’t obvious, I’m hiding from some bandits right now, and the tall grass is my best bet. as long as we’re quiet, I don’t think they’ll find me... cool?

Hey, Team Relic. Does living in the Sharpedo Bluff cliff face have any downsides? You two don’t really have any walls—even if it's up high I assume things can get kinda uncomfortable...
It's not so bad. Treasure Town has a pretty mild climate. There is a little room off the stairwell that we sometimes go in when it's really storming, but, well...
it's a little creepy at night...
