imposter syndrome striking yet again!!! but also i think i can kind of blame it on pms. tbh it kind of sucks that it was sparked by my dad being a little rude about my process. like i have already been feeling a bit discouraged after last week's class not really going as smooth as it could have, but now i got him doing that thing where he thinks using "tough love" is somehow encouraging and not discouraging.

now i just wanna go depression nap. thanks dad!

really love taking birth control where i can go months without a period but it has deluded me into thinking that i decide when my period starts. i do not. sometimes my body will just be like Its Time even if i didnt miss a dose or eat any charcoal.

PMSing (well probably PMDDing) = getting riled up all over again about posts I saw ages ago that annoyed me and writing up rants related to them that I’ll never post lol

My pms symptoms are so, so bad recently. The last 3 months I’ve had completely wild symptoms like extreme forgetfulness (life feels like a dream), dizziness, anxiety through the roof, my hips and legs hurt, I’m so angry, and I will cry at anything. It keeps me up at night and makes me totally useless at work for like a week straight. The next week I’m spending half my time going back to fix things I overlooked in my haze and I just don’t understand what is happening. I’ve never had this issue up until recently. I feel so unstable and overwhelmed.

i've been more stressed and overwhelmed since moday when my aunt came back from vacation than i did the whole of last week when i was doing basically both of our workloads on my fucking pms

Once a month the weasels in my head decide that

I am Annoying my friends and they are Annoyed with me, just, inherently.

That it’s time to chew on the furniture

That at all moments I should be subjected to the emotional equivalent of those videos where ferrets zoom through an elaborate setup of slinky tubes while screaming the whole time.

And every month I’m like “why am I—- hey wait a second—!”

And the moment of realization doesn’t calm the brain weasels down AT ALL but it’s at least some comfort to know that in a few days I’ll return to something closer to baseline??

I’m either pmsing again or genuinely just big horny but you will not believe what kink I’ve been trying to ignore for the past week and is no longer quiet enough to ignore. This happens every month I should stop being surprised
