So much ash and smoke in the sky in the PNW. Vancouver WA is so hard to breathe and the sun was pink in the sky this morning. ugh. I hope everybody has been able to get out of the fires path so far. It’s less than 40 miles away but we should be fine here at least flame wise.

They lowered the evacuation orders for the area I live, from level 2 to level 1.... my anxiety is much better now.

The smoke is still reallllly horrible tho. If you are outside for to long, it hurts to breathe.

It's supposed to rain Monday night, hopefully things start to improve.

Air quality is "hazardous". It smells like a campfire outside and inside. My sinuses are going crazy and my heart hurts for all those that have lost their homes, animals, and lives to these fires. It is soooo smokey where I live, I've never experienced this before. We are officially at a level 2 evacuation order (be ready) So we packed up the cars this afternoon just in case we get a level 3 evacuation order.

My anxiety is horrible right now and of course I'm stress eating.
