First class Lancaster student faces 73-year wait until he officially graduates

The body which funded Patrick's education collapsed before paying all his fees, leaving him in the lurch

Patrick is being denied the degree he earned for no fault of his own because this university decided to unload corporate dept onto an individual student from a poor background, all while spending 5 million or repaving and covering their walkways that very same year. And paying (definitely more than what Patrick owes) their badmington team to go on an all expenses payed trip to Dubai for a competition.
