NEW MEDIA MARKETING
This month was interesting. Although, I enjoyed the assignments and discussions, I am unsure if I grasped what I was doing. It seems as though I understood the assignments, but I can’t really say if I got what was expected.
My most favorite assignment for this class was in week 2 and week 3, having to create a brand ambassador plan. It almost felt real, as if I was really putting something together for a client. The only thing that I need to work on is analytics and adwords. I am still a little out of the loop when it comes to putting that together, but for the most part I enjoyed the assignment.
My least favorite assignment was in week 1, because I have absolutely no clue of how the persona labeling works. I know that it is something that I am going to need some help with and I plan to contact my student liaison on how to get assistance, because this along with better understandings analytics and adwords are important tools within this program.
The discussions this time around were all very insightful. I learned so much from my classmates, Week 1 podcasts were interesting, because I have never really had to evaluate or even listen to a podcast recording. One thing I did learn from the podcasts is that they are like listening to talk shows, which was a good learning experience.
Another great resource received from this course was the massive amount of reading resources provided. The professor provides valuable links and readings that made the class easy to follow and assignments easy to be completed.
