You used to be the wolf I the sheep You used to chase me the seemingly unaware

I used to run as far as my legs could bring me Away to an ethereal place I did not even want to go to

There used to be potential of an us But I stifled in your smell as you came closer

And now I am the wolf in sheep’s clothing As you found another one who plays the victim just right

Angel Wings

I fly with angel wings I fly as the birds sing I fly alone as the wind stings, I fly away. Soaring I'm surely sore I'm stronger than I was before I know this . I've lost direction once and twice too many I found a purpose when I was young, Then I got lost in the city. Here, Around these blocks. Up the street , at the nearest stop Hearts dropped. And I flew away I escaped I was brave and so they say ... There's beauty everywhere, especially from this angle There's beauty everywhere , it's not just a fable The map is on the table I never planned a route. I had a compass , I figured it out I fly with Angel wings , Though they're black and damaged I fly with Angel wings , So I know I can manage A Destructive past , you would think it's a drag You would think , strength wouldn't last You would think, I would never laugh You would think, I would collapse. A destructive path , you would think it's a drag You would think , my legs wouldn't move fast. You would think, I would wander in wrath You would think, I would be trapped. You shall remember I fly with Angel wings , Though they're black and damaged I fly with Angel wings , So I know I can manage

Tonight

As i lay down to close my eyes , the emptyness i feel with out you by my side . I take a deep breathe & i try to relax as i imagine your body next to mines to try and get some rest At times it work some times it fails . I need to feel your touch it needs to be real . Will you be here , i need you right here . A breeze past my shell with out your body parallel makes me fear that when im alone are you still here . My mind & body needs you . My body needs your blood to flow next to mines . My life needs your present im not safe with out my angel , my sheild , my man , my love , my king .  Close your eyes and imagine my body as i do yours my king ! Remember when your challenging what life brings , remember when your alone on nights like these . That i cant harly ever go to sleep , while i imagine you my love , dont forget to dream about me
